Meet The Chic Flip Flop (believe it!)

Season after season has seen the reincarnation of many classic 90s trends, albeit with a more sophisticated edge. The women of the 90s are taking back their favourite teenage trends, but in way that fits their cosmopolitan lifestyle. We saw it with the bum bag, which used to house tamagotchis and lipsmackers, reinvented into beautifully crafted leather accessories for women of any age to enjoy. In steps the flip flop, but not your average rubber one destined to only walk the beach. It's the flip flop made chic : with a leather facelift, clean lines, and intriguing heel designs.

Don’t fret ,the platform heel is nowhere to be seen. Instead opt for one with a walkable heel. What else? We hear you ask! The simple thong design is actually very flattering on the leg and will work with all your favourite summer investments, from floaty floral dresses to chic linen trousers and of course your favourite vintage Levi's. So make some space in your wardrobe for the new, modernised flip flop heel - here are some of our favourites...
