A SUITE LIFE: OUR LFW ACCESSORIES IN OUR BLOOMSBURY ROOM
All images by Danny Qazi @shotsbydq
Between the runway shows, presentations, meetings and our own events and showroom in association with the British Fashion Council this season, to say that our schedule was packed would be an understatement. Add to that the couriers coming and going with samples and invites, and it could make for a pretty unfeasible London Fashion Week.
This season, though, we partnered the incredible Bloomsbury Hotel situated on Tottenham Court Road and near Covent Garden, Strand and other central areas where all the LFW events happen. In other words, our saviour in the middle of the action yet our safe haven away from the action (aside from a delightful brunch we hosted in the Coral Room for some of our friends to give them a break from the schedule, too.)
Our suite was the perfect place to retire to whenever we could: breaks between shows, outfit changes for shoots and, of course, long hot baths (yes, we may have had one or two of those.) Oh, and lunch, which more often than not consists of a delicious quinoa or ceaser salad and two types of fries from room service - or, if there's time, a snack downstairs at Dalloway Terrace: one of the most picturesque places in London to eat.
The only issue with staying here for fashion week? We didn't want to leave. (Dear Hotel Bloomsbury: will you have us forever?)
