The Colour to Wear This Summer
We can all get a little confused around summer, right? Do you invest in bright, printed things that you might tire of by the time it's July? Will yellow shoes be versatile enough to wear throughout summer? Are retro sunglasses just a passing trend?
We believe in buying with purpose, so here's our trend to start you off this summer: BLUSH. No, not groundbreaking, but transformative and a great investment whatever the weather. Swap out your black mules for a blush pair and watch your summer outfits come together - no exaggeration.
But we also recognise that some of you might be thinking 'pink, really?' It's not a colour for everyone. Well, actually, it is, which is why we're showing you two ways to wear it.
1: Make the Blush with Accessories(a la Anna, above)
Not keen on an all pink look? Keep it to your accessories and go neutral with your clothing choice - beige tailoring, a cream linen dress, grey jeans... Your choice. Then, simply add a little dose of summer via these accessories:

Leather mules, £175 (on sale), Acne Studios
Cat-eye sunglasses, £117 (on sale), Karen Walker

2: Think Pink (but then add some tan) (a la Florrie, above)
If neutrals are your investment pieces of choice, then why not try a pink jumpsuit or dress played down with some tan accessories? That needn't mean boring: we've picked out the pieces we love below that are classic enough to keep forever but still feature a hint of beachy bliss.
